MyoFascia -pallo sopii hyvin lihaskalvojen käsittelyyn. Pallo sopii myös jalkapohjien lihasten venyttämiseen ja hierontaan. Lihaksia ympäröiviä kalvoja kutsutaan fascioiksi ja eri lihasten fasciat yhdistyvät toisiinsa. Fasciat muodostavat koko kehon kattavan ja toiminnallisen verkoston. Fascioiden tiukentuesssa lihasten toiminta heikkenee, lihas kipeytyy, ja nivelen toiminta rajoittuu.
